Managing Director
Tyler began his career on Bay Street working on the sell-side of one of Canada's largest Broker Dealers: BMO Capital Markets. After his time on Bay Street, Tyler moved into private money management, managing an event driven Investment LP focused on derivatives trading. Tyler then moved into his real passion; Investor Relations, becoming a top Associate with a Canadian headquartered Investor Relations firm, charged with handling the firm's Clean-Tech/ Renewable energy deal-flow. Now as the CEO & Managing Director at Circadian Group, Tyler is focusing his skill-set and high-profile rolodex on the tremendous opportunity within the Canadian Clean-Tech Sector.
His highlight skill-set include consulting clients on: IR, PR, Media Relations, Capital Formation, Communications, and Marketing/ Media materials creation & distribution, public markets strategy.
Tyler is an Honors graduate of the University of Windsor’s Bachelor of Commerce program, with a dual focus on Finance and Accounting. Tyler Holds his Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook, and is a CFA Level 1 Candidate.
Ryan Troup,
President
As President of Circadian Group, Ryan handles the day-to-day operations as well as the web-based infrastructure. Ryan has 10+ years of experience in the Micro and Small-Cap Natural Resource marketplace. Ryan studied Finance with a concentration in Financial Markets and Investments at Wayne State University and holds his Canadian Securities Course. Ryan’s skill sets include: Market Awareness, Media-Communications, Message Amplification, Communication and Leadership.
When Ryan is not busy in the office hitting the phones he leads a very active lifestyle. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys lifting weights, jogging, playing hockey, golfing, fishing, and camping, just to name a few.

David J. Marczak,
VP of Client and Investor Relations
David is the newest addition to the Circadian family. His broad financial and communication skill set serves as an asset to the firm.
As VP he concentrates on Managing Client and Investor needs, writing content, and presenting Circadian's Client information to influential Investment networks.
David has previous experience in the Wealth Management arm of Merrill Lynch as an Investment Advisor. David worked in growing the team's AUM and concentrated his research on ETF investment strategies.
David earned a business degree from the University of Toledo where he concentrated in Finance. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area managing Circadian Group's West Coast Presence.
